1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Be in the original packaging with all tags intact
- Not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Return Timeframe
You may request a return within 7 DAYS from the date of delivery.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@zenario.store with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos/videos (if applicable)
- Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
- Once approved, you will need to ship the product back as per the instructions provided.
4. Refund Process & Timing
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 2–3 days (initiate) + 5–8 days (credit).
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.
5. Exchange Options
We offer exchanges in the following cases:
- Damaged or defective products
- Wrong item received
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us at support@zenario.store within 7 DAYS of delivery.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Notify us within 7 DAYS of delivery
- Provide clear photos or videos as proof
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or worn products
- Items damaged after delivery
- Personal care or hygiene-related products (if applicable)
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or non-returnable
8. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
